Chick Supply: explaining a supply chain to the people who buy from it

Chick Supply works in poultry supply and hatchery operations — a business where buyers care about specifics like stock, handling and logistics, and where the website is often the first place they go to judge whether a supplier is credible.

The problem was not a shortage of expertise but a shortage of clarity: the operation was hard to understand from the outside. We designed a site that lays out what the business does, how the hatchery and supply chain fit together, and what a buyer can expect, in a structure that can be followed without prior knowledge of the sector.

The design keeps the emphasis on plain explanation and on making it easy to get in touch once a visitor has what they need.
